Manual boost controller. The ATS MBC is a ball spring type for fast spool and accurate boost control. Not bad for $49. However expect boost to fall off 1-3 psi by redline with most turbos. This is because the exhaust back pressure increases inside the turbine housing and pushes on the wastegate flapper door.
