The advice here was to go with modified A-frame like D-16 with two tone bars and also two finger braces on each side. Oh, I also used Paduck for the back and sides rather than Koa. That's what I did and it worked great. The guitar (s) (I built Right and Left handed versions) sound great. Very complex sound and really lively.
