they are a high silicone alloy of hyuperuretic design. they are very lightweight and have proved to be very hardy in boost aplications (dispite what acl says). the difference between forged pistons and the acl race series ones is some 1-2 sec of detonation and if ur cars detonating for that long you should go shoot eyour ecu tuner.
