Unless you're racing or spending a lot of time at high rpm, a modified stock head like jetman624 said is by far the best bang for the buck. And he'll cut the domes to exactly what you're running, no guessing. I run Kommander heads simply because they look sick. And the girdle kit does give me a tad more piece of mind.
