In general, I do believe the AP's are the best in terms of proven racing results. Not sure how you can say this. Brembo's are on more race cars in several series' than AP. Stoptech has a pretty good showing on several different types of cars in several series' too.

While the StopTech Trophy provides a better pad selection with their calipers, the AP Racing kits are more compatible with plenty of 18" wheels, which is the size of choice for track use.

In UK AP's will cost around £2,100 fitted (fronts only) lead time 8 - 11 weeks ! (6 calliper, big MF) Stoptech, fronts and rears, slotted, zinc £3,200 fitted (3 - 4 week lead time) Brembos fronts and rears £6,250 fitted - too expensive for me so didn't ask about lead times. Movit didn't bother to quote.
