Thats an AP Racing Suretrac rear diff. Essentially its a ramp style diff, theres no clutch packs. When one wheel tries to turn at a different rate, the little home fry lookin things push between the spider gears and carrier, forcing the other wheel to work at the same speed. its a good diff but theres lots of moving parts/bearings, so check it over before you use it.
