Opening in August, 1981, and racing until November, 1988, Baylands played a vital role in the booming sprint car scene in Northern California. Winning wasn't easy at Baylands. The track required strong horsepower, and thus ruled out the underfunded teams. The Baylands Winners List (below in table form), is a Who's Who in sprint car racing.

Baylands has race cars, a comprehensive set of helmets, jackets, gloves, neck braces and arm restraints. All you need to provide is a pair of jeans and closed toe shoes.
