BIG DIAMOND SPEEDWAY RACE PROCEDURE RULES 1. A driver may get out of one car and drive another, but after driving the second car he may not get back into the first car. Any change must be reported to the pit steward and handicapper. Driver must drive the car he qualified for the feature. 2. No car will be allowed to run in rear of heat for practice laps.
