The dry bleed caliper fittings are available with M10 x 1.0mm or 3/8" UNF threads. When fitting the dry bleed valve in to the caliper a small amount of Loctite 270 should be applied to the thread and the coupling tightened to a torque of 13Nm. Seal kits are available for the male dry bleed valves. See table below for part numbers.

AP Racing recommend that Brake Calipers if cleaned should be washed with soapy water or an alcohol based cleaning fluid e.g. Methylated Spirits. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT USE PETROL, GASOLINE OR ANY MINERAL OIL BASED CLEANER /LUBRICATE as these will damage the seals. Parts must be absolutely dry before re-assembly.

The front wheels have Westfield (AP Racing???) 4-pot calipers with 2 bleed nipples on each side, pointing upwards and downwards. I attached the bleed tube to the outer top nipple and undid the nut half a turn, then got my partner to press the brake pedal. Nothing came out. I undid it another half turn, and nothing.
