BluePrint Racing has just recently released 30* 35* and 45* degree VTC Limiter Stops! It works on K20a2/z1/z3 VTC Gears and allows VTC to only go as far as the mechanical stop allows it to. So no need to machine the Stock TSX VTC Gear to 45 degrees.

if the motor is asking for more VTC is undercammed, if the motor needs less VTC to make power is overcammed 2 same engines with different headers for example will not use the same VTC setting to make the most power so it is all relative. Also you are assuming that every set of blueprint stage2 are the same on the same engine. I disagree.

It comes with instructions but the install is super easy. -remove valve cover. -remove cover over intake cam gear with the supplied torx bit (don't let the little spring shoot out. -put the limiter pin in the spot illustrated on the instructions. -use red loctite on the three torx bolts to put it back together.
