Bottecchia is made by ADK, the carbon fiber used is Toray T700, and the frame is finished in 12K wide CF. PedalForce RS is the same frame but made from a different mix of carbon fibers, slightly lighter (by around 150g) and finished in 3K fibers. 3K, 12K are just cosmetic layers, and have no bearing on stiffness.
