Change posts 4-6 days clean let them,air out for an hour and repost. You do not need a lot of tape. I used 3 peices. Some around the bottom, middle, and top. Then bridge the ears with some tape. Bridge at the bottom or top of head and top. Put new post in to the bottom of the bell of the ear. Stretch (pull up on the ear some) the ear up and start taping.
