Bridgehampton Race Circuit was located close to Noyak, in New York's Long Island, USA. Today, The Bridge Golf Club occupies the site of the former raceway, though the main straight and section through Turn One and Two have been preserved as the access road to the club house.

Built in 1957, the Bridgehampton Road Races Corporation (BRRC) Circuit was a track designed by Grumman engineers and built on 500-plus acres of sandy hills and dales that overlook Peconic Bay. What began as an answer to the legal ban of racing on public roads in New York state quickly became an icon of American racing.

The Town Council opted for golf, ostensibly to rid themselves of those onerous noise complaints. Of course, this brought great joy to developers who owned large tracts of woodlands within earshot of the circuit. Over 100 area residents protested the plan, many of them demanding a return to racing.

At the point where the shadow of the Chevron Bridge falls across the straight, the Can-Am cars would reach maximum speed, close to 200 MPH before flying off into the downhill Turn 1.
