First 5.3 turbo motor had a LJMS stg 2 turbo cam, 660 springs, LS7 lifters, and buzzed to 7000 without issue for 4 summers of driving and about 150 passes. My new 5.3 has the same cam, 685 springs, the new Caddy race lifters, buzzing to 7500.
