as long as the insulation is rated for 600v, they can go in the same raceway. I think the rule is that all conductors must have the same insulation rating, at the highest level in the enclosure. So ALL of the conductors in the 120/208V panel would need to be 600V rated. For the most part that's going to be true anyway, but you do have to make sure.

I considered taking one 10" long 1 1/4 nipple from the old panel A to new panel A and then a 16" nipple between new panel A and new panel B. Past experience tells me that one must remove said circuits entirely from panel enclosure as it is not permissible to use a panel or disconnect enclosure as a raceway for other systems. I got to looking at 300.3 4C and 312.8 and it would seem to cover panel board enclosures so long as sufficient space exists for wire fill. Thoughts?
