Phoenix international Raceway, or PIR, is now ISM Raceway. After dumping millions of dollars into the facility, it is now a first class facility for the fans. If you were here before the upgrades, you'll really appreciate what they did. Much better seats, new and better eateries, more shade and infield fan areas.
