I've got a 400 front tire (Firestone) and tried to get the stock brace to work... Not even close. Just turning the bars while stationary (not even straddling the wheel) I can see the forks twisting from the weight of that big ass front tire. I haven't ridden it yet though... still putting finishing touches on her after a frame up rebuild.
