-excess welding flux spots along same channel (GM recommended filing and sanding spots smooth) -excess pressure of clip down handles. Have not seen a fix on that. I’ve actually seen on someone’s post (I’m on different forums) it cracked again on way home from dealer. The curve of the crack seems to be the common thread. A chip would spider out.
