Yes it comes with all new piping from turbo to cooler then from cooler to intake. Got it from eBay. Just type in cruze intercooler cxracing. Comes with the short ram Intake too. It was $395. Purchasing was easy with fast delivery customer service was shitty if at all any Packing of item was great installation was a pain it is not a BOLT on like they say it is had to fab up my own brackets
