Im not looking for a crazy expensive set up, I understand this kit might not be the best quality as far as the turbo potentially. If the tubes, turbo header , intercooler fit right and the welds are good thats all i'm looking for. Also worth mentioning my car is a 04 325ci with a getrag 250g 5speed.My ecu firmware is ms45.

So I'm looking to turbo my Y8, but I'm on a budget. I want to do a simple build to run a max of 8lbs of boost because I don't want anything crazy to where I need to build my internals. I saw a vid on YouTube by CxRacing where they boosted a d16 on stock internals. According to the video, on 9.5lbs of boost, it was pushing 220whp.

I saw the CXracing kit installed in an issue of 5.0 and the kit looks clean, manifolds look great, and they got a good review. But I am looking for real world reviews. The 11.50s are a goal, not set on the 400/400 just hoping for at least that on around 9#. Car does have a dedicated drag suspension, and slicks/skinnys and the driver mod lol.

CX has an excellent warranty. Their charge piping is as good or better than any big name - CX Racing aluminum charge pipe is thick, clean, and welds beautifully. A Boost Logic $1200 FMIC kit for a Mk4 Supra is the coated china pipe found on the bottom tier eBay Honda kits that scratches and flakes off.
