B and C springs lower the same amount, but the fronts are progressive for the B's as compared to linear for the C's. Basically the front feels stiffer with the C's. Here's my car with B springs: 235/60/15's on 10 holes, 275/40/17 and 245/45/17 on 10th anny's, I decided to go with the Ford B springs for the ride and no need for c.c. plates.

The B springs drive pretty much like stock, they just make the car sit lower. A poor choice for handling improvement. No personal expereince but word is the C springs drop the car too low and screw up the front RCH. That and with the C's you"ll get a specific rate front spring and a progressive rate rear spring.

B Springs are the softest. Most of FRPP's springs offer 1.5" drop in the front. They are also progressive, where the C Springs are linear, so that adds to the rid quality as well. F Springs are slightly more aggressive than the B's, but nothing I would call extreme. They are also progressive, so the ride quality should be great on those as well.
