The tax rate here is 8 1/4%, so I weigh purchases from Jegs/Summit against what my local guy can do, what might be in stock and the sales tax. On a big order, like my TCI converter, it's a no-brainer. $7.95 vs ~$34.65 sales tax. That's why the state politicos are hot after taxing internet sales. I'm suprised that NV and CA don;t have some agreement.
