The experience of visiting Owlerton was unfortunately a bad one. The staff (i.e. management) treat me and others with lack of respect in regards to the way we were spoken too. A security guard approached which was unnecessary when asking to speak to a manager, this created a rather intimidating environment which made me uncomfortable.
