Don Baxter in Lawrence, Kansas has been Racing cars called the Jayhawker since way back. That name drew me to this thread. K. U. (Kansas University Jahawks) was his inspiration for the names of his cars. I didn't think anyone else other than someone from Lawrence, Kansas or that went to K. U.
