The Dutch Grand Prix is a Formula One motor racing event held at Circuit Zandvoort, North Holland, Netherlands, from 1950 to 1985 and from 2021 onwards. It was a part of the World Championship from 1952, and designated the European Grand Prix twice, in 1962 and 1976, when this title was an honorary designation given each year to one Grand Prix race in Europe.

The first Dutch drivers to appear in Formula 1 were the pair of Jan Flinterman and Dries van der Lof. They both raced in their home race, the 1952 Dutch Grand Prix. Flinterman, who served with both the Dutch and British air forces during World War II, piloted a Maserati while industrialist Van der Lof took part in an HWM-Alta.

F1 races at Zandvoort again after 36 years. The last Dutch Grand Prix on the F1 calendar was held in 1985. It had been a staple of the calendar, appearing in the world championship in 1952-3, ’55, and then ’58-’85 inclusive. The 1972 race was cancelled on safety grounds after drivers refused to take part.
