Then I used Win32 SDK example vshadow.exe to create a snapshot for C:\ and then in second cmd, I ran "vssadmin list shadows" and I was able to see the snapshot ID that was created by vsshadow.exe. I was able to verify that IDs matches too. But no trace file is created. I tried on more than one servers, restarting VSS, rebooting server.
