He also makes what are most likely the best flowing headers for E46s on the market (tubes are flow-benched to within 1% of each other). PM me if you want more info. Save.

Some motors have horrible stock exhaust manifolds (H23 for example) and so many cheaper headers perform well because in that one case, just about anything is better than stock. I do not know if they have a 2.5" collector though, that'd be the deciding factor. If it had one, you can't really go wrong with trying it.
