Overall it's a really nice upgrade and if you or someone you know can do the labor, it's a rather cheap mod for what your getting. If not, transmission work is expensive. I use a $75 ppc xtreme pressure plate with a act 6 puck. Holding about 250hp with many launches on drag radials slipping the clutch off the line. Had a F1 racing clutch in the past too it held around 220hp for a bit before starting to slip. The discs are pretty crappy on these clutches that's why u go with act.

After some research, I found mostly positive reviews on a Stage 2 Clutch and lightweight flywheel from F1 Racing. Pretty much a knock off of exedy I would think. I went with the stage 2 because it seems a lot more reliable than their Stage 3 kit. Friend of mine installed it for about 300. Guy is a mechanic for twenty years, so I trust him.

I've never had bad experiences with XTD clutches in particular, but cap clutches I have as well as another brand who's name I can't remember right now. Both were everything from the friction material coming loose from the disc to the rivets holding the center splines in place coming apart. All those failures were on a lowly 14b as well.

i have a stage 3, 6 puck sprung clutch/ pressure plate combo from them and have had 0 problems. seen 100+ n/a passes and 50-75 boosted passes down the quartewr mile as well as been daily driven for 2 years. dont use the ebay throw out bearing, the one they give you just toss in the trash and buy a oem one.
