Look into the graphics settings menu and set "ground cover" from ultra to a lower setting, this remove the flickering grass. I know, its no perfect solution but better to play. #3 Fallen Nov 3, 2019 @ 12:14am Might be worth trying different driver versions, with any luck they broke it fairly recently and one of the earlier 5700 xt drivers work.

Turn off Graphic Adjustments in CSP (doesn't improve anything of note). Turn On ExtraFX in CSP and enable Temporal Anti Aliasing, set to 50% spread and tick extra sharpening. Posted November 30, 2021. Myself and others have recently started experiencing a glitch where flags and banners are flickering. I have found that disabling both anti-aliasing and post processing prevents flickering, but I would prefer to have these turned on. There is a thread about this issue in the GRID discussions section on Steam.
