The screw with the lock nut, under the inspection cap- on the right side of the motor- on the clutch- you loosen the lock nut and turn the screw in until it contacts the plate (gets harder to turn), then you back it out about 1/4 turn, and tighten the lock nut. At this point, engine off, if it's in gear the wheel won't turn, etc.
