USTA Rule 18.00 S18.08 (b) 1. On 04/28/2022 at PRC, while driving No.6 NORTHERN CREDIT in Race 10, driver Kevin Switzer Jr. did leave a welt on his horse. (1st offense). As a result of the violation Mr. Switzer is hereby fined $300.00. Subsequent violations may result in additional penalties. All fines are due within 48 hours of imposition.
