Racing style fuel cell is required for any car that doesn't meet section 2. above. Fuel cell must be covered, secured and located in the trunk area. Electric fuel pumps located outside of fuel tank must be firewalled from the driver's compartment. High pressure fuel line must be used. Fuel lines must be double clamped.
