They do ship things out, but they will send the wrong part and then tell you it's what you ordered. They will ignore you for weeks so that 30 days pass and you can no longer return the wrong part they sent you. Then they'll blame you for this too. All they're trying to do is get 60 days out so you can't dispute with your bank. Horrible business.
