We've been specifying QA1 single adjustables on a number of different cars. For the 18 click version, 4 or 5 from soft is pretty common for street use. One click from soft on both front and rear for drag use (mainly to help front extension and soften rear compression). Most of our cars are GM 4-link so your settings may deviate a bit.
