Tried configuring the controller, but the game wouldn´t recognize anything but my keyboard. I don't own a PS4 Controller yet, though I know a few people that have got the game working with one ( NVincible was one of those people, I think). Use this. This is what most people use. I own a PS4 controller, and I kick butt with it.

When loading up the game go to configure rather than launching the game. Then go to Controls and have the controller be the player one option. The game automatically selected the controller for me. Just made sure it was on when the game started. Not sure if the controller troubles were patched out, I doubt it.

The controller appears just fine in control panel. All the inputs respond correctly. The controller works flawlessly on every other game I tried, including next car game, grid2, just cause 2, warthunder, and any other game that let's you define custom controls. Oddly enough sonic generations has the same problem as SART.
