Put in a large sprayer, fine mist first 20 feet, light it to burn off alcohol and help evaporate everything. Heavy burn out thru compound, and help with the hook. What really helps is prepping a street that already has rubber down. Rubber sticks to rubber great, asphalt - not so well. Great prep compound for a lot of rubber down.
