U Bolts - Go around the Lower Plate and sandwiches everything together. There's a trick to mounting the slider box. You need to mount them at the same angle as the leaf spring. My thoughts are to cut and level the bar so its not pushing up on the front of the spring, then add about 3-4" to the length and add a rubber contact to the front ,like a traction bar. Then add a squared off u-bolt at the center of the bar, but leave an inch or so clearance.
