It usually works out at 2.5 RF, 3 LF. If you have manual steering, the added positive caster will increase steering effort, I don't know by how much. Toe: set 1/8" IN total.

Also, when setting camber, there is no drag on the tire when making the adjustments. The plates not only rotate, but they can move side to side, and front to back. So basically there is no drag on your tires when making the necessary adjustments. Setting toe is really easy too with these plates.
