As for setup. You will have to play with it a lot to find something that works. When you do find it stick with it so you can get some muscle memory. Also press the stick forward all the way and roll it left and right across the rim. Holding it on the rim at 30% is much easier to find than holding it level at 30%. Get some stick extenders.

They disabled Xbox One controllers in the last update a few months ago because of a bad driver from microsoft. You can force turn it back on in the app.ini I think, but just be warned It may not work properly. There were many reports of issues with that controller before they decided to just disable it. #3. There is a setup trick for a controller that makes it easier to control, or so I'm told: It is frustrating till you know the trick. First, you have to move the sticks/triggers really slowly or we can not detect them. Count to 5 while moving the axis (when asked to fully depress the throttle or turn the wheel all the way left/right).
