There are 3 server farms - 1st one is in Boston, 2nd one is in Australia (good luck getting less than 300ms if you are outside of Australia), 3rd one is in Amsterdam. Hmm looks like it just isn't feasible; i'm in South Africa. There are south african racers and they have no problem with their connections.
