Someone posted a test here a while back using various setups, both paid and the iRacing ones. There was no significant difference. He was even faster with the iRacing setups for some cars/tracks. In general, I think setups are a lot more critical for oval racing than for road. For IMPC, you should be perfectly OK with the iRacing setups.
