DiRT 3 is an incredibly good racing game. I had only ever played DiRT 1 on Xbox 360 a long time ago, but since this game got rid of GFWL, I decided to give it a shot and it did not disappoint at all. It's very competitive, and looks incredibly good for a 2011 game. I currently have all settings maxed out on a GTX 770 and I get a minimum of 100 FPS, which is great.

Bit of a learning curve in that sense. The game looks good graphically, too. You have a limited amount of customization for the cars, but there is some room for play. There are also like 20-30 vehciles (some historic). Also, there's a good amount of tracks to play and learn even without the DLC.

DiRT 3 is the best racing game we can buy right now for our potatoes Game Review just bought the complete edition of DiRT 3 on G2A for about $1.50 CAD. This game runs at a playable framerate on even my Chromebook with a Celeron n3060 and 4gb ram. I mainly play it on my ryzen 5 4500u machine and still get 60fps locked at 1080p high.

Never played Dirt 3 but I can tell you Dirt Rally has a strange difficulty setting. Even on easy you won't win many races. The AI beats me almost all of the time. On hardest difficulty (there are 5), I always rely on the AI to make mistakes, otherwise I wouldnt even make it to top 10. On easy I finish top 3 or top 2 but rarely first.
