Worst company ever. My bus arrived to my destination 5 hours late, no one was apologetic or offered any explanation. This happens constantly. I only ride Greyhound as a last/minute resort and am always frustrated by the experience. This company needs to go out of business or needs new management that actually cares about customer service.

Flying was astronomical for a 5 hour drive. Amtrak not available. The least exoensive option was greyhound. My first and last. The customers are drug addicts smelly people.
