So your first post makes no mention of your club's resurrection, selectively withholding that fact in order to imply that clubs are dying. I call you out, and you then paint an entirely different picture of a club that has not only not died, but is thriving. The full facts without the hyperbole would have made a much more interesting read.

Coming up to date looking at the current scene many of us no longer club race no one to do it with , or no premises either, so it just bumps along as the older slotters pass on the sport slowly passes on with them, always has been a problem with getting more new blood especially today with so much out there now for the younger generation.

For me racing slotcars has lost its appeal .....however building/creating slotcars has not. Neither has lost its appeal to me but I build the cars to race them

Check it out sometime, it’s fun for people of all ages. They are located in Towne West Square at 4600 West Kellogg Drive at the north entrance right by Steve’s Jams and Jellies.
