He claimed ten national and three European motorcycle drag racing championship titles over seven years with V&M Racing. 1990 In 1990, V&M Racing turned its focus towards road racing.

Jack Valentine, born in Oldham in 1953 and former Drag Racing rider, founded the V&M squad in 1982 alongside the tuning guru Steve Mellor.
