GRT’s Joe Garrison passes away Results GREENBRIER, Ark. – Joe Garrison of GRT Race Cars died Wednesday evening, May 1 after a battle with cancer. He was 60. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 6 at Crosspoint Baptist Church in Greenbrier with funeral services at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Thorn Cemetery.
