Can't find much of anything for a KA24e engine,not even forged racing pistons. Go to Pull- a-Part and get a complete KA24de engine,this is the same basic block as the KJ24e engine, but is a 16 valve,dual overhead cam setup. In fact the blocks will interchange. Then you will be able to buy racing pistons, new race cams,etc.

Posted July 17, 2015. Camshafts designed for boost are VERY different from the lumpy cams you hear in naturally aspirated V8s. Datsunfreak pretty much nailed it though, as overlap is a killer on boost. N/A cams feature more overlap to increase scavenging. Only the most radical turbo cars have really crazy cams.
