I'm 6'3 tall and wanted know if any taller drivers are using these. The 36 series is 20 degree layback but with no shoulder support.

As for seat mounts, the Miata makes it easy. There stock seat is held to the rails by 4 bolts. Remove the seat and then you have adjustable rails. Now here is where you need to find someone who can weld. Buy some steal bar (.188-250" thick), drill holes for the bottom mount of the seat, then have the bars welded to the rails.
