As well, they are mirrored off the oem strut (no surprise since KYB makes the oem strut). The settings simply ramp up or down the rate roughly around those percentages. The WRX specific rear only has 4 settings and matches what the front does. The RS based AGX struts operate the same way but are mirrored off the slightly softer RS based damping.
