The Leonardi cassette after a handful of rides is shifting just flawlessly. The range is 533% and it doesn't look like a pie plate, aesthetically it's really a nice piece. Weight was 2 grams heavier (that's nothing) with the Leonardo over the 10-50 Sram, but then I got the big jump in range and much nicer gear spreads with the Leonardi.
